Initiating Lynx Services

Fees and Conditions

Lynxcare services are billed according to our Rate Plans. Lynxcare services are reimbursable under many Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flex Plans, and may be deductible under IRS rules. Major credit cards are accepted and scholarship funding may be available for some Participants.

Privacy Statement

All personal information received by Lynxcare, including names, addresses, phone numbers, personal details and health information are confidential and accessible only to Lynxcare employees and contractors, who are bound by a signed confidentiality agreement. Although Lynxcare is not legally subject to the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) our conduct policy complies with its applicable provisions. Information provided to Lynxcare will never be sold or viewed by a third party and all correspondence is private and conducted on a secure server.

All medical records, personally identifiable health information and any other personal data provided to Lynxcare are treated as confidential information, and are viewable only by Lynxcare employees and contractors.
